Treasurer’s Report by Jeff Zapolsky.
Jeff Zapolsky reported that the Association is in good shape. The report was approved as submitted and a copy of the Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual was placed into the records. Our fiscal year is October 1 to September 30. It is important that we receive our income in a timely fashion.

Regarding the 2018-19 fiscal year reports:
- The Road & Snow expenses were over budget. The shortfall was covered by transferring $15,000 from the Skowhegan Emergency Fund into the Franklin Account. At the end of the year (9/30/19) there was $1,715.35 remaining in the R&S account which has since been transferred back to Skowhegan.
- The Waterfront expenses were over budget, mainly due to dredging the harbor which cost $6,019.25. This was paid for with $1,000 from the WF account and $5,019.25 from the WF Savings Acct. At the end of the year (9/30/19) there was $761.92 remaining in the WF account, of which $757.25 was transferred to the WF Savings Acct.
- The Administration expenses were over budget by $4.67. This was covered by the remaining money in the WF account.
