Re: ATV Policies

Please be aware of the following polices concerning ATV use on HOLA roads and properties.
- The longstanding regulation is that ATVs can not be driven on any HOLA roads for the purpose of recreation. They may only be used on a HOLA road to visit the residence of another HOLA member.
- Despite what people may have been told, or believe, there is no direct access to any approved ATV trail from a HOLA road. Consequently, to access the ATV trailhead at either Rev-it UP or Depot St. in Rangeley they must be trailered to these locations.
- ATVs can not use the CMP powerline corridor for recreation or to go to either of the ATV trailheads. . The powerline is ALL PRIVATE PROPRTY. The homeowners are encouraged to post signs every 100 ft. that ATVs & Snowmobiles are prohibited. Then if there is a transgression, it is a matter for the Sheriff.
- ATVs are not allowed at the HOLA waterfront.
